There is a newly opened restaurant "Lin Ji Restaurant" that already has several branches in Taichung. Today I came to the Peking branch to try it out!
The store’s signature dish is braised pork rice, but it’s a pity that we arrived on the same day
All the rice in the store has been sold out! I had to order pasta

🔸️ Dried pork noodles $65 (large) The noodles are made of ordinary yellow noodles, which have a soft texture and will not be soggy. The aroma of braised pork is quite fragrant, and the proportion of braised pork is about half fat and half lean. The aroma is very strong and goes well with the noodles and sauce. It’s salty enough! Quite a mouth-watering one! The bean sprouts inside help add some texture Overall it tastes pretty good!
🔸️ Tribute ball soup $30 The soup tastes sweet and refreshing and not greasy. The taste of the meatballs is my favorite, a little firm and a little chewy! The soup tastes a little bit like bonito, which is quite refreshing! The menu says that if the soup is not enough, you can refill it for free~
🔸️ Dried adzuki beans $25 It tastes hard, and the skin of some dried tofu may be because the soup did not cover the dried tofu when it was marinated, causing the skin of the dried tofu to be quite dry and hard! The saltiness is acceptable, but I don’t recommend it!
The dining table in the store can accommodate approximately 20 to 24 people. Dining tables are arranged in two rows against the wall in sequence

Sauce section The spicy preserved vegetables are very tasty! If you like spicy food, you can try it!
The stove environment is quite clean! No clutter
