Almost whenever I see ramen, I want to eat it
The goal is to try every ramen restaurant in Taiwan!

This time I came to Taichung, and here is Mr. Qianxi who has been on my list for a long time.
There are not many seats in the store, so I arrived early this time.
Went there almost as soon as the door opened, so we didn’t wait for the time.
It’s really too hot in Taichung. Mr. Qianxi can’t make a reservation and can only wait for a table.
So those who are afraid of heat may want to reconsider.

The sea urchin and scallops both taste great!
The scallops will be slightly seared🔥
It tastes fresh
The crab meat part was a bit disappointing. I thought it was real crab🦀️
It turned out to be just crab meat on a crab stick, but think about it.
How could a 300-yuan ramen have crabs?

The soup itself tastes very rich
The spicy sauce will be placed in the middle, and you can mix it evenly and enjoy.
Personally, I don’t think it’s too spicy, so there’s no need to scoop it up.
The portion of meat is enough and not too small.

I really like eating barbecued pork rice from ramen shops
