This shop adopts a combination business model, featuring a café as well as a menu-less indigenous cuisine. The area inside is very spacious and showcases many works by Hualien artists. The owner herself is very friendly and welcoming.

The ingredients used in the dishes are very fresh, and the cooking methods are not too greasy or overly salty, primarily maintaining the original flavors of the food. With a touch of sour and spicy seasonings, the dishes go really well with rice; I personally ate 3 bowls by myself! 😂

However, the shop's opening hours are not very fixed, so it's recommended to follow their Facebook or Instagram page to avoid a wasted trip.

This roasted fish is, as expected, very delicious; just the salt alone is enough to fully highlight the fish's freshness and sweetness.
This is the first time I've had this type of wild boar meat taco, but the aroma of the skin didn't come through.
The grilled fish is very tangy and sweet, making it perfect with rice!
The white shrimp is very fresh, sweet, and delicious!
The seating area is also very spacious, and everyone who arrives at this place is first attracted by the art pieces here.
