New Brunch Spot in Pingtung - If you want to see "I Want to See You" brunch, it’s located in an alley near Carrefour. I saw a blogger sharing about it recently, so I went to check it out. The shop is renovated from the first floor of a private house, and the indoor seating is quite cramped with only four seats available. Plus, since it just opened, the staff is limited and still in the process of adjusting. I had to wait over an hour before my meal arrived, and while waiting outside, the smell of cooking oil was quite strong. I hope the shop can improve this soon.
Braised Noodles with Seafood 💰80 - Inside, there are two shrimp, five clams, and some vegetables with minced meat. The soup with satay sauce is really delicious. Given the price and the ingredients, it's quite a good deal.
Double Egg and Batter Pancake 💰40 - The batter is very soft and fluffy, and it’s a large portion that feels quite filling. Just a sprinkle of simple pepper makes it flavorful. The outer layer is slightly crispy and soft.
Overall, the meals were tasty and above average. You just need to be patient while waiting. I hope the shop can improve more with a bit of time.
