These meatballs are not the crispy kind; they have a more chewy texture. The filling is substantial, and the sauce is just right. Eating one won't quite satisfy you; it's a delightful taste. The large intestine meat soup noodles can be customized with mixed or single ingredients. The noodles, full of ingredients and traditional flavors, are also delicious. The small bowl of mixed soup includes meatballs and cod fish balls, while the large bowl of mixed soup contains all three types, including shiitake mushroom meatballs. The cod fish balls are tasty, but the meatballs and soup are relatively average.
Overall, I really liked it. It seems like there must be long lines during meal times. Both the meatballs and the large intestine meat soup noodles come highly recommended; if you're nearby, you must give it a try.
