I came to know about this place not from reading articles or hearing recommendations from others, but purely by passing by and thinking it looked quite clean and hygienic, and I suddenly felt like eating stinky tofu (?). By chance, I got to know this shop 🤝🏻

The boss is gentle and very friendly. Although it's just a simple street stall, it's very well managed.

From the pictures, you can see how generous the boss is with the toppings. The kimchi and pickled cucumbers are overflowing. I really like the flavor of the pickled Taiwanese-style kimchi; it doesn't have an overpowering sour taste, but rather a mild flavor and a crunchy texture.
For those who can handle spicy food, definitely add the shop’s special spicy sauce; it enriches the overall flavors.
My mom is usually sensitive to food. If she eats at a place with poor-quality food or bad oil, she will feel acid reflux afterwards and feel a bit uncomfortable.
