This shop originally opened next to the Huaping Road Chinese Market and was called "Fresh Steamed Rice Noodle Rolls." It has since been renamed "Cháng Cháng Kàn," which has a pun and a memorable point. The location is next to the temple's red tea shop, and parking is a bit inconvenient; you can park on the side of the road outside.
The interior of the shop features bright colors and a sense of design, making it very comfortable. The theme is based on rice noodle rolls, creating various unique dishes that are full of creativity and personality. This time I ordered the shrimp rice noodle rolls, and the shrimp felt like it was freshly picked, very fresh and tasty. The skin is thin and the portion of vegetables is sufficient, which will leave you extremely full. The garlic flavor in the seasoning is quite strong, and the taste is good.
I particularly like the noodles in the Cháng Cháng Kàn cold noodles, as they are of the thinner variety, making them feel very delicate, and there are many ingredients as well.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the dining experience at "Cháng Cháng Kàn." The creative dishes are worth trying more often.
