One day, I suddenly wanted to eat Indian food, so I casually searched online. I found a nearby Indian restaurant with pretty good reviews! So the two of us drove over. As soon as we arrived at the restaurant, we could feel the rich Indian ambiance and smelled the strong aroma of curry. The server was as enthusiastic as one could imagine, but with a somewhat straightforward and cheerful personality, unlike the cautious demeanor of other servers!
The menu looked pretty much like any regular Indian restaurant, and we ordered today’s dishes:
❤️ Chicken Tikka Masala
This dish is almost always chosen when visiting an Indian curry place; it’s a staple of Indian restaurants. If this dish is made well, it’s more likely that the other dishes will also be tasty. However, if even this basic dish isn’t done well, I wouldn’t want to try anything else! It turns out that this restaurant not only made this dish incredibly delicious, but they also handled the chicken perfectly. The meat remained tender, and the curry flavor seeped in beautifully—so delicious that you couldn’t stop eating! I highly recommend everyone order this foolproof curry!
❤️ Shrimp Korma
Ordering shrimp at an Indian restaurant always takes great courage, because if the shrimp isn’t fresh, the entire curry can taste terrible. Fortunately, their shrimp was not only fresh but also very firm and elastic! Paired with this flavorful curry, which was harmonized with nutty aromas, it had a slightly sweet and salty taste, along with the unique fragrance of nuts and the spice flavors of Indian curry—everything combined was so delicious!
By the time we finished the bread, there was still a lot of curry sauce left! We couldn’t bear to leave it behind, so we packed it all up to take home! Reheating it the next day was still incredibly delicious. From now on, whenever I think of wanting Indian curry, this restaurant will definitely come to mind! If you like it, go try it out soon!
