The beef soup is full of tomato flavor. There is a large pot cooking on the countertop. The dried flowers are also cooked in it to absorb the full soup. The noodles are ordinary Yangchun noodles, but the noodles are just right. Unfortunately, the noodle itself has no characteristics. It would taste better if it was made with thick noodles such as knife-cut. The beef part is just tender and the meat is slightly thin. It is a long-established local restaurant and is worth savoring.
