It seems to be the world's first Michelin one-star dessert shop? In the past, it offered dessert omakase, but now it only serves ice cream. The environment is clean and bright but a bit small, with no dine-in options—only takeout. There are a lot of people, so you basically have to wait for about an hour.
The flavors vary a bit each day. I've been there several times, and each time has been good. This time, the rice wine flavor left a deep impression; it had the aroma of rice wine but was not as strong in alcohol flavor, making it very smooth and wonderful.
