The noodles are on the soft side, the soup is on the light side but suitable. There are only four pieces of beef, mainly lean meat, slightly springy, moderately soft and hard. There is still a chance of meat with tendons (pictured), but the tendons cannot be called soft.
Green cauliflower🥦: It is cooked very soft, with a salty and oily taste. The seasoning is not bad, but it is not the type of cooking I like.
The dried flowers have been blanched and seasoned with a suitable salty aroma. It is my favorite today.
