If I were to say that Five Gorges is the most consistently high-quality beverage shop, then Da Ming, which originated in Taichung and has very few branches in Taipei, is, in my personal opinion, the best place for single tea (green tea)!

First, I want to remind everyone that the Gongguan location is really, really crowded. I strongly recommend placing your order online first and then picking it up!

This time I had the green tea, and I feel that the flavor is quite light. Their half-sugar option is also less sweet compared to Five Gorges. The shop offers two types of ice: regular and completely without ice, which is quite special (though I’m not sure what the exact difference is).

The prices for single tea are also pretty reasonable, similar to other chain stores!

I heard that their most famous item is the avocado cream cap, but I don’t really dare to eat avocado, so I didn’t get the chance to try it, which is a bit of a pity.

However, if you have the time to wait, I still highly recommend their single tea options!

Lastly, I want to remind you to make good use of the online platform to order ahead; otherwise, you’ll end up waiting a really long time!
