樺林乾麵
This seems to be a noodle shop that students from Soochow City will miss very much after graduation. Unfortunately, it is not open on weekends and closes early on weekdays, so I have never had the opportunity to come and eat. One day when I was on vacation, I suddenly thought of this noodle shop, so I came here to have lunch in the rain.
I read the Google reviews before coming here. Many people said that the sauce of the fried noodles was too little and that they needed to add an extra portion. That's what I ordered as suggested.
Zhajiang noodles, the flavor of Zhajang itself is quite strong, but not too salty. The thin noodles are well cooked and have a chewy texture! Is it really awesome? It seems to be okay, it just has an ordinary and simple taste. If you live nearby, you can always come to this store.
Wonton soup with eggs
The wonton skin is thin but still has a strong flavor, and the pork filling is fresh and sweet, which is very good. It goes well with the slightly stronger fried noodles.
The food is delicious. If you are nearby again, you can dine here again, but you won't make a special trip.
