🏆 TRN 2024 Annual Baking Contest Champion
✨ Specialty Coffee Bean Enthusiasts
✨ No time limit, with power outlets, perfect for studying and using a computer
This time, the ALL DAY ROASTING COMPANY (ADRC), located in Tianmu, just across from the Tianmu Baseball Stadium, recently opened in 2024. It is the third location of this café and the largest branch after the Minsheng and Shida locations.
The Tianmu store occupies a whole standalone two-story building, with large floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, and the outdoor area features artificial grass and several camping chairs, making it convenient for both indoor coffee drinking and outdoor chatting.
This café specializes in various light-roast specialty coffee beans, and their baristas have even won bean roasting championships.
In addition to coffee, the menu offers many light meals, desserts, and main dishes, along with a full page of cocktails, catering to a wide range of dining preferences.
The busiest time is from noon to the afternoon. I visited on a weekday afternoon and saw many people studying or working on computers in the café, with about a 80-90% occupancy rate. Every seat has a power outlet, and there is no time limit for dining, which is perfect for digital nomads 👍
Ordering is done at the counter on the first floor, where the staff are attentive and provide detailed introductions to various dishes and coffee recommendations. The service experience was very positive.

This time I ordered:
"Shredded Chicken Breast and Fresh Vegetable Burger" $280
Made with sous-vide chicken breast paired with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and apple slices, adorned with feta cheese and honey. The sweet and savory combination enriches the layers of flavor in the burger.
The side salad adds more greenery and freshness to the meal. The only downside is that the burger bun itself is a bit ordinary, but it's a small flaw.
"Signature Ultra Labor-Intensive Latte (Butter Peanut Flavor)" $230
I initially wanted to have a single-origin pour-over coffee, but I couldn’t resist ordering this eye-catching coffee from the menu haha. The Ultra Labor-Intensive Latte comes in three different flavors:
Each flavor is made by the barista using fresh nuts, and only hot drinks are offered.
The staff recommended the Butter Peanut flavor, which has a sweet buttery aroma as well as a deep, flavorful burnt taste that pairs wonderfully with the latte. It’s smooth without being overly sweet, showcasing the professionalism of the baristas.

There are many more dishes and coffees I want to try, but unfortunately, I only have one stomach.
However, with such a comfortable café environment and high-quality atmosphere and service, I would definitely be willing to visit again!
