He met an old vendor selling beef offal and was able to take over the store and founded "Shantou Quancheng" Shantou Hotpot. This shop is famous for its special sand tea sauce and flat fish soup. It is still a favorite delicacy of Kaohsiung people, and it also makes people from far away miss the taste of hometown. And it was also a very famous hot pot restaurant in Shantou when Han Guoyu was mayor. This time, I ordered the flat fish soup base and stone pot base recommended by the store. ✅Shantou Flat Fish Hotpot: The soup is filled with the rich and sweet taste of the flat fish and is not overly salty. There are also tomatoes in it, which can make the soup more layered.
