說吧 SOBA

Lunch2 ppl$220

One time when I was craving for soba noodles, I discovered the newly opened "Shuo Ba". When I went in and tasted its Japanese somen noodles for the first time, I felt that the texture was exactly the same as the noodles eaten at an Okinawa izakaya. With the owner's own seasoning, I left a lasting impression. I got a good impression that the boss is very good at cooking!

I had lunch late on the weekend, thinking that there would be no rest time in between, so I would like to share today’s meal:

Hot soba noodles (optional with tempura or soft-boiled eggs) $180
-Originally, I was worried that it would be very salty, but the boss perfectly blended wasabi, radish puree, and bonito soy sauce. Every bite of the noodle has the taste of wasabi and Q. It is really amazing that this simple bowl of noodles is not simple!

Slow-cooked Chinese Cape $185
-Used pork belly, paired with tofu and radish, it is a dish that goes well with rice. It's a bit salty for someone with a light taste, but the meat really snaps when pinched and the taste is very tasty. The tofu also has the burnt aroma of marinade, but the portion may be small for those with a big appetite.
