In the Chiayi Puzi Night Market, which is open only on Saturdays, there is a very famous Dongshan Duck Head right at the entrance, making it particularly eye-catching. Each time I pass by, I can see long lines of people waiting, indicating its immense popularity.
This place's Dongshan Duck Head is not greasy at all; it has a slight sweetness that isn't overly sugary. The perfect balance keeps people coming back for more. The skin is crispy, and the meat is so tender that it melts in your mouth, making it impossible to stop eating! For me, this is definitely one of the best Dongshan Duck Heads I’ve ever had, no wonder the business is always so good.
