I personally don’t like rice noodle food very much.
Because it is easy to eat something that is very dry or overcooked and becomes very soft.
But today the small rolled rice noodles are served and they look very delicious.
It’s embarrassing to eat rice noodles! This rice noodle is delicious!
The ripeness is just right, filled with fresh and sweet seafood soup.
The rolls inside are very fresh and the meat is chewy.
The soup tastes very fresh, without too much seasoning

Pepper Shrimp 🦐

You can eat it easily without getting your hands full.
The intestines behind the shrimps are also cleaned very well.
The meat quality is great, you can tell it is fresh shrimp
This dish is originally a dish with a strong taste.
But the garlic cooked by the boss is just right and not too oily or heavy.

Braised fish chin
This is because I want to eat grilled fish jaw
But the store didn’t have this quality, so I ordered braised pork
After eating it, I felt that the fish jaw should be grilled to make it taste better.
However, each piece of his fish jaw is quite large and has a lot of meat.
The only drawback is that there are a lot of fish scales
I think this one is popular

Overall, I think it’s suitable for friends who like seafood.
The freshness is very good and the boss’s cooking skills are also very good
Dining environment is average
There are not many seats and the meals are cooked to order
Only the boss is cooking
If there are many customers, you may have to wait for a long time.

I heard his salmon fried rice is also very good.
