This is quite a well-known chain hot pot restaurant. I tried it once a long time ago and decided to give it another go after many years.
When we arrived, there were a few groups waiting. After taking a number, we waited for about 20 minutes before getting a seat. The restaurant uses a QR code system for ordering, and you need to pay at the counter immediately after ordering.
This time, I ordered the chicken (extra meat) kombu pot. There are quite a few choices for the soup base, such as spicy, pickled cabbage, etc., but they are all extra purchases. In the end, I decided to stick with the original kombu broth.
As for the main dish, the chicken was thinly sliced, but possibly because I overcooked it, it tasted a bit dry.
Today's special dessert was grass jelly, but I opted not to have it as I wanted to save room for ice cream. They had vanilla ice cream today, which was quite delicious, and I filled a big bowl with it.
Overall, it's an acceptable hot pot restaurant.
