The first meal I had when I first landed in Hawaii was a small shop I randomly saw on Google Maps. I didn't expect it to be hidden in the shopping street on the first floor of the hotel.
Because I wanted to try authentic Hawaiian food, I chose the Hawaiian version of poke. This meal is very special. In addition to our common raw fish cuts, there is also hand-shredded and boiled pork shreds. The texture is very strange. It looks like the meat from canned tuna, but it tastes different. It's pork.
The overall food tastes great, and the many layers suit my taste buds. It's a pity that because the store is very small and it's a takeout shop, there's only a small space in the lobby corridor where you can eat.
In addition, I was really shocked by the prices in Hawaii. A bowl of poke actually costs NT$500, which is too expensive! ! !
