This small shop is located near Zhonghe MRT Station. It looks ordinary in appearance but its taste is amazing. The owner is Chinese and the taste is really unique!
The main focus of this store is hot and sour noodles. You can choose sour or spicy, staple food and meat can be customized. I personally recommend the pork mixed hot and sour noodles with small spicy, medium sour, dry wide winter noodles and without coriander😂
The spiciness of the soup is super refreshing, and the heavy spicy oil is not overwhelming. The numbness is moderately integrated into the soup, and the acidity is a good flavor enhancer, which can soothe the impact of spicy and numbing and add a sense of layering. The whole bowl Hot and sour noodles taste very refreshing.
There are many noodles to choose from for staple food. We recommend hand-pulled noodles or wide-spread noodles. The hand-pulled noodles are chewy and the noodle body of the ramen has a strong ability to absorb "acid". Don't miss it if you like sour food. The wide-spread noodles absorb the whole bowl. The flavor, every bite is like eating concentrated essence. It is super delicious! The ingredients include duck blood, large intestine and pork slices. The marinated large intestine is the most recommended. The pork slices taste like over-marinated meat slices, so I don’t recommend it.

Overall, I can give it a 9🌟 in terms of flavor, but the tableware in the store has a really strong smell, so I deducted 1🌟
