This noodle restaurant located near Zhongshan Station offers both dry noodles and soup noodles. The specialty of this restaurant is that you can enjoy all-you-can-eat side dishes and all-you-can-drink drinks. You heard me right, they really are not afraid of you taking them!
(However, dining time is limited to 50 minutes)
Even on weekdays, business is very good. We arrived at 6pm on weekdays and were seated at the last table, while the next guests would have to wait for their seats.
All the meals here are set meals. We both ordered pepper and sesame noodles, one of us chose red oil noodles, and one of us chose wonton chicken soup. Both were $240.
For the pepper and sesame noodles, I choose mild spicy. This is the minimum level of spiciness and it’s still so spicy that I scream. If you don’t like spicy food, I recommend choosing non-spicy options such as sesame noodles.
The noodles themselves are warm and the noodles are cooked a bit soft. I personally feel that these two points are a small deduction; there are some shredded eggs and cucumbers on top of the noodles, and half a soft-boiled egg.
The wontons used in Hongyou Chaoshou and Wonton Chicken Soup are the same. If you want spicy food, I recommend ordering Hongyou Chaoshou. If you don't want spicy food and want soup, you can order Wonton Chicken Soup. The wontons are neither big nor small, and they taste solid and have good dough. It's chewy (not overcooked) and tastes great. I like this side dish!

The store will give you a three-compartment plate, and you can pick out what you want to eat. There are many kinds of cold side dishes, including braised dried beans, green papaya shreds, kelp, dried shreds, tofu skin, cauliflower, fungus, etc., and the store clerk will always Filled with side dishes, I’m really not afraid of you eating them
I've tried almost every kind, and every one of them tastes good, not just any side dish~
For drinks today, we provide canned Coke and Fanta, and you can take them as you like. Personally, I think the store is very smart. By giving them fizzy drinks, customers will be less able to eat the side dishes (?)
Overall, the food tastes pretty good and can be super filling (I've been here three times, and I only served side dishes twice each time, but I was always full), and the CP value is pretty high. It’s a restaurant, but I don’t want to wait in line if there are a lot of people, and it’s not so delicious that I need to wait in line for so long.
