At first, I was watching videos made by others and remembered this place. I thought that being recommended by Michelin for three consecutive years shouldn't be wrong. It's located beneath A4 of Shin Kong Mitsukoshi in the Xinyi District. I've always felt that A4 has quite a few luxury brands and seems relatively high-priced, so I was filled with anticipation when I went there. 🤣🤣
🌟 Prosciutto Cheese Ramen
I think this is the signature dish of the restaurant. If you come here, this is a must-order item. The prosciutto is quite salty, more than expected. I originally thought of having a bite of prosciutto and then a bite of ramen, but it was a bit difficult to separate the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces, which was somewhat disappointing. The cheese is a very rich mozzarella. I wasn’t a huge fan of dipping it like that, so I ended up adding it to the broth, which gave the broth a cheesy flavor. But honestly, it didn’t taste extraordinarily delicious. Plus, the price is not cheap, and the portions are quite small. Many items require an additional purchase, so I wouldn’t particularly recommend it. There are many more delicious ramen shops in Taipei. 😂😂
