There is enough sauce, the noodles are completely covered with sauce, and it tastes super satisfying. Paired with refreshing cucumbers, it’s a perfect match! 🥒
It is worth mentioning that the noodles at this restaurant will not harden even if they are placed in the refrigerator and eaten between meals, and they will still maintain a chewy texture, which is really amazing! 😋

The original sauce has minced garlic. If you don’t like garlic like me, you can tell the boss that you don’t want minced garlic.
You can also add spicy food🌶️. Some people say that adding mustard is also great, but I haven’t tried it yet.
