Highly recommend the beef tartare (reservation required), it’s full of flavor and delicious ✨My favorite dish I ate today is definitely 100% 💯
It's about a 10-minute walk from Liuzhangli MRT Station. It's easy to miss this store due to its low-key location and appearance. The internal environment is absolutely perfect. The dim yellow lights and black and white projection screens play Czech cartoon movies. Stepping into this place makes people feel like they are in a European diner.
Most meals are served with bread. For example, the beef tartare that requires reservation is spread on bread and eaten together! Their breads are all very delicious, and the bread that goes with the beef tartare is a European-style bread that is very solid, filling, and has a light wheat aroma. I really like the main character, the beef tartare. It is made up of fresh raw beef mixed with various spices, sauces, chopped onions, etc. It is evenly mixed and spread on the bread. It is refreshing and full of flavor. The bread itself feels full. It’s also quite filling, so if two people order this portion, it’s actually quite a portion! (If you’re not very hungry, you can order this as a meal.)
But I don’t think the other meals are as amazing (not bad but not particularly impressive). The beef stew tastes good and the meat is delicious, but it feels like a taste that can be eaten in many places. The bread that goes with it It's "dough" which tastes very much like the moist version of our Oriental steamed buns.
There are not many choices of alcoholic beverages. This time I ordered a Czech specialty (half dark beer, half white beer). The super large glass was quite filling😆
The overall experience is very good, I recommend it to everyone ~
It is strongly recommended to book a table in advance. There are not many seats! (I privately messaged their Facebook fan to make the reservation). Those who want to eat beef tartare must also inform them when making a reservation!
