Island Brunch, hidden in the alleys of Tainan’s East District, is a brunch place that accepts reservations. The business is very good, so it is recommended to book in advance to avoid missing out.
This time, I tried a few recommended dishes, and the Moving Chicken Burger was impressive. The burger bun was crispy after being grilled, paired with a crispy yet tender chicken thigh; every bite was satisfying.
Another popular dish, the Island Platter, featured duck breast. The duck breast was tender and juicy, but I was a bit disappointed with the croissant in the platter; I expected a richer texture and layers.
Island Brunch also accepts reservations and is a pet-friendly restaurant (they have pet meals too).
