Hello everyone, I am little frog🐸
I worry every day: "What should I eat today?"
I saw a blogger introducing this restaurant... which specializes in huge thick pork chops, "Fat Doya Pork Chop Restaurant", so I decided to come and have a try~

The items sold by Fat Dolphin House are very simple, there are only two kinds~
But it’s not easy to sell these two items to such a good business!!
It’s sold out early and closes, so it’s recommended to book a table first to avoid missing out~

There are no table numbers for the tables in the store. You get the wooden sign at the door as the table number. You need Toro, Tojiro, Saburo, Taro, Todo, etc. There are many kinds of dolphins🐷

✨Each meal comes with a side dish + drink
▫️Choose one of three side dishes:
Bobo Golden Kimchi/Fruit Korean Kimchi/Honey Pomelo-flavored Radish
▫️Choose one of four drinks:
Longan woody black tea (slight sugar)/ripe fruity oolong (sugar-free)/apple vinegar drink/peach vinegar drink

⭐️Extremely thick pork chop rice bowl $360
The thick fried pork cutlet really makes people say "Wow~". The thickness is about 3 centimeters. The outside is very crispy, but the inside is not fried. It retains the gravy and has no pig smell.
For the rice bowl, there will be a rice bowl with Japanese soy sauce mixed with onions and scrambled eggs. The overall combination is very delicious. The pork chop is very big, and you can also use the various seasonings in the sauce section to change the flavor. There are a few more Variety.
Eat the whole thing and feel very full!!

⭐️Extremely thick pork chop curry rice $360
This was ordered by a friend~ (but I took two bites)
It's also a huge thick pork chop with curry rice, but the curry is not to my taste. It doesn't taste like Japanese sweet curry or Nanyang coconut milk curry... I don't know what type of curry it is...?
Comparing the two, I still prefer the rice bowl one.

⭐️Honey grapefruit radish
Crispy white radish pickled in yuzu sauce, very delicious and soothing
⭐️Fruit Korean kimchi
This Korean kimchi is very delicious, with apples added, it tastes sweet and sour, not too spicy.
⭐️Longan woody black tea (light sugar)
⭐️Ripe fruity oolong (sugar-free)

‼ ️Conclusion:
Overall, this bowl of donburi is really filling, and the accompanying side dishes are delicious. The meat of the fried pork cutlet is super thick, and it is delicious. I will return for this extravagant fried pork cutlet.

之前假日吃不到極厚豬排,沒想到平日沒什麼排隊就可以進來了。豬排超大份量滿足,如果是肉肉控話很推薦來吃,吃到後面有點油膩剛好可以搭配小菜飲料來解膩。 肉吃起來軟嫩不柴,油脂的部分很香,很少可以吃到這麽厚的肉肉,唯一遺憾是只有晚餐時段營業,如果想來吃限量極厚可能要規劃時間平日或著假日提早來排。

多年連續獲得米其林必比登推薦和日本tabelog百名店的神級炸豬排! 跟朋友剛好來兩國站附近,想說要不要吃個飯,就想到這間口袋名單想來很久的炸豬排名店~ 這家店位於擁擠的橫綱橫丁,沿街排列著許多飲食店,以紅色的布簾和燈籠作為標誌。 吃了之後真的覺得名不虛傳,每一個細節都很講究,豬肉選用「平田牧場巴克三元豚」的豬肉,肉質細緻又不油膩,味道很清甜。他們還與麵包粉店經過反覆試驗,製作出酥脆的特製麵包粉做外皮,醬汁也是店內自製的原創調配。 這次我們在晚餐時段來,點了「はせ川とんかつ」2700日圓。用上等豬肩肉包著起司和紫蘇也,酥脆的外皮口感,豬肉的熟度適中,第一次吃到這麼多汁柔軟還帶有甜味的炸豬排,非常驚艷,夾在中間的紫蘇葉也讓層次感更豐富。 雖然是油炸但一點也不覺得沉重,定食附上黃芥末和蘿蔔泥柚子醋,桌上還備有鹽、醬汁、七味粉可以混搭,高麗菜絲和白飯可以無限續碗。附餐的味噌湯超級好喝,應該是我人生喝過前幾名的味噌湯~ 我們另外加點了馬鈴薯可麗餅,一樣是非常清爽的炸物,男爵馬鈴薯的甜味,真的會讓人驚嘆。 我們這次剛好直接來有位置,但過不久門外就開始排隊了。晚餐時間是可以訂位的,如果想吃的話還是推薦先預定喔!

Google Maps上評分非常高,所以就來試試看,結論是蠻普通的,而且吃完拉肚子。 我點的是滑蛋炸豬排,飯煮的蠻好的,不會太軟爛也粒粒分明。不過豬排就是稍嫌普通,我本來就不是豬排愛好者,但豬排柴不柴我還是分得出來的。其中有幾塊偏硬,甚至咬不太掉。 但值得稱讚的是,藜賣毛豆的小菜蠻好吃的,炸花生湯圓我也蠻喜歡的。不過以這個價格來說,並不是真的必吃不可。 同行的人點的是黑豬排安和店限定的,感想是吃起來也是普通,他的蛋是全熟的荷包蛋,加上台式醬油,如果是追求日式口味的人可能會失望。 其實本來大概想要給個三顆星,因為用餐環境蠻算舒適的,但是回家兩個人都拉了肚子。去看了一下Google Maps的評論上面,蠻多人都有這個問題的,而且當天晚上也就只有吃這間店,所以應該是他造成的沒錯⋯ 這次晚上五點就進去用餐了,不過尖峰時段應該是會要排隊的,因為內用位置不多,但我是覺得沒有排隊的價值啦,蠻多人說中山本店好吃很多的,給大家參考。
