A well-researched gourmet restaurant
It turns out we're going to eat there tomorrow
But today's schedule unexpectedly ended early
So we decided to queue up and see if we could get a chance to eat there
In the end, we went in smoothly without any wait
Once inside, we discovered it was a Michelin-recommended restaurant~
Very exciting! 😊
🌟 The most popular dish is the raw egg yolk silk handkerchief pasta
As someone who doesn't like eating raw eggs,
I had to order it because the enthusiastic staff recommended it as the number one dish everyone praises.
Fortunately, it was very delicious!
The freshly made handmade noodles were amazing,
Completely different from the flavors you find in Taiwan.
Paired with cheese and white sauce, it wasn’t overwhelming at all.
The portion size was just right for someone like me who has a small appetite.
Highly recommend, I really loved it! 💕
🌟 Spicy Pork Pasta
The handsome server said that if you like spicy food,
He really loves this dish.
So my family ordered two of them.
The flavor is quite strong, and the noodles are of a wide type,
More like what you can find in good pasta places in Taiwan.
Personally, I think it lacks distinctiveness,
But it’s still a delicious dish.
🌟 Duck Pasta
The duck meat was very tender
And well-seasoned, without any gamey taste.
There was none of that toughness that some Taiwanese duck can have.
The flavor was similar to the previous dish, also on the stronger side.
Definitely recommend,
But this dish was a bit pricey 😖
Overall, the meals were absolutely delicious.
I can understand why both tourists and locals come to this restaurant.
Additionally, there is a 12.5% service charge on top of the menu prices.
I suggest setting aside some time for queuing if you plan to come,
Or come like us during non-peak hours to eat!
