No matter in terms of taste or portion, this is indeed a bowl of beef noodles that satisfies the overall score!
"Lao Songji Zhenshanmei Beef Noodles" is located near Liuzhangli Station, about an 8-minute walk. There seem to be many restaurants nearby, and it may be a dining center in the area.
A friend brought me here to eat today, and he said it was recommended by other people. I arrived at 12:30 noon on Saturday, and the restaurant was already full of customers. Although we didn't line up and were seated directly, we accidentally glanced at the door during the meal and found that There's already a long queue. It seems like it's really a famous store.
Beef noodles are available in braised and stewed flavors. You can choose all beef, all tendon, or half tendon and half meat. If you don’t want beef noodles, you can also choose from pickled cabbage hundred pages and large braised noodles.
Braised semi-glutinous pork noodles $170
If I am greedy, of course I will choose half tendon and half meat. The beef is very big and stewed very tenderly. It breaks when you bite it and does not dry out the wood. The beef tendon is super soft~
The beef soup is delicious and not too salty; the store adds sauerkraut directly to it. If you don’t like sauerkraut, remember to mention it first. I personally love it. It’s a plus for me.
You can choose ramen noodles (thinner) or home-style noodles (thicker, similar to knife-cut). I chose home-style noodles. I personally think that although they are quite chewy, they are a bit soft when cooked, which is a pity.
Braised food platter $120
We cut braised eggs, dried flowers, bean curds, and kelp. Everything tasted quite delicious. Personally, the dried flowers were my favorite, and they were very juicy when bitten.
There is also tripe. I don’t often eat tripe, but I think theirs is quite delicious. I recommend dipping it in spicy oil to make it even better!
Overall, I think the cp value of beef noodles is very high. I should be considered a big eater among girls. It doesn't matter to me to finish a bowl of noodles, but I almost couldn't finish it. Plus, it tastes good. If I'm in the area in the future, I'd love to visit again~
