What is dry is generally known as Vietnamese French bread.
The difference from Taiwan is that there are no pickled radishes.
So the taste is less crispy.
I think each has its own merits
After having a meal full of meat and meat floss in Hoi An before,
It really feels a lot inferior when I eat this again.
