Eat hotpot on Sunday!
It is the recently opened Chikma Hotpot next to Guandu MRT Station.
Ordering is via QR code. The seats are too small and it is inconvenient to put food trays. The four-seater is cut into a two-seater with a baffle in the middle.
An induction cooker is used for heating. The capacitive button on it is surprisingly durable. I originally thought it would malfunction under the soup, but it turns out it performs very well and the control is very stable. High praise! 10/10
Starting from the hot pot ingredients and vegetables, most of them are quite satisfactory, and you can expect them to be similar to ordinary hot pot restaurants. Among them, I think the fish paste balls and fried dough sticks are more delicious; the egg dumplings are not delicious. You can choose what you like during the buffet, or you can avoid eating taro. 6/10
For the soup, I ordered the most common bonito kombu and stone soup base. The stone soup base is added with sesame oil and onions. It has a lot more flavor than the original. It is well worth the 25 yuan. Original flavor 5/10; stone 9/10
There is quite a lot of meat in the large portions. I think the texture of the tendon meat is ordinary, not far different from ordinary hot pot meat slices; the frosty beef is more delicious and smooth. I originally wanted to order Philip, but it was gone, so I might have to prepare more. 7/10
Drinks and ice cream are standard items in hot pot restaurants, and they are all average. The ice cream is not pushy, it feels watery. There are many beverage items, but unfortunately there are no sodas in glass bottles. 4/10
The environment in the store is bright, but there are some hygienic areas that need to be improved. For example, the tongs in the self-service area, or the ice cream spoons and plates are not particularly clean. 3/10
To put it simply, except for the amount of meat and soup, everything else is average. I personally think it is not worth it. The meal is a bit overpriced. The CP value is medium to low, unless you eat the vegetable plate. 4/10
Overall, neither recommend nor disapprove. Small disappointment. 5/10
