▶Coca Onion Curry Rice $260◀
Their curry is more like a spice curry, well-seasoned! The chicken feels like sous-vide chicken, very tender! It's a joy to have curry rice at a bistro~~
▶Red Wine Marinated Tender Shoulder Steak $420◀
The pan-seared steak is incredibly tender; it’s not fully cooked but doesn’t feel too raw. It has minimal seasoning, allowing the natural aroma of the beef to shine through. What's special is that it comes with a side of raw egg, and dipping the beef in the raw egg actually enhances the tenderness! There are also some fresh greens on the side, served with sesame sauce.
▶Japanese Soy Sauce Seared Duck Breast $420◀
The duck breast is prepared very well, tender and juicy, without being overcooked. It comes with mustard seed sauce and pickled beans on the side, which elevate the flavor!
▶Finger-Licking Chicken Wings $250◀
What impressed me the most was this dish of chicken wings, which comes with six pieces, each coated with a generous amount of spicy cheese powder. The cheese powder on the outside resembles that of potato chips! It's flavorful but not overly spicy, making it a perfect bar snack~
▶Green Memories $400◀
This cocktail is based on gin and has a sweet flavor. It’s topped with hibiscus mousse, which gives it a tangy sweetness that's very special! The mousse is light in texture, akin to milk foam! You can taste the alcohol, but it's not overwhelming; I highly recommend it for women!
▶CI130-CTS Snow $400◀
This drink has a much stronger alcohol presence, made with peanut rum as the base. It has the aroma of peanut ice cream, topped with whipped egg whites, and the alcohol below is mixed with raw egg, creating a very unique combination!
