This is the breakfast buffet at the Fullon Hotel in Kaohsiung. Although it is not open to the public yet, I personally believe it has great potential to welcome outside guests during off-peak hours, as the variety of food and the deliciousness would certainly make me willing to spend money dining here.
The breakfast options can be categorized into Western-style salads and various breads, while the Chinese offerings include congee with side dishes, steamed buns, and noodles. Additionally, there are various stir-fried dishes and common breakfast items like French fries. In terms of drinks, in addition to juice, tea, and soy milk, there are also yogurt drinks like Yakult, and fresh fruit is available for dessert, which I really like.
Later, feeling hungrier, I mainly chose Chinese food, opting for healthy baked sweet potatoes as my starch, paired with stir-fried green vegetables and pan-fried dumplings. I find that the advantage of this breakfast buffet is that the food is not too oily, making it suitable for those who focus on healthy eating, and it is not overcooked. Moreover, the food is served at a good temperature, making it even more delicious. I look forward to it opening to the public soon! (So, currently, the average cost of dining only reflects the price I would be willing to pay for this meal.🤣)
