I originally wanted to eat Indonesian food, but there were few choices here in Chengdu, so I chose a Vietnamese restaurant. After checking the information, I found out that this is a successful and famous restaurant.
I don’t know since when, I have always liked Vietnamese pork rib rice, but the taste and cooking method are different in every restaurant in Taiwan. This one uses marinated pork ribs. The meat looks red in color and tastes sweet, which is not my favorite type. My colleague also ordered hot vegetables and white shrimps as side dishes. The dishes in this section are more like Taiwanese stir-fried dishes. However, the price of white shrimp is a bit expensive, so I personally don’t think you should eat it here. If you want, you can order raw spring rolls. It tastes delicious, the ingredients are fresh, and the portion is large enough. You don’t have to worry about getting hungry after eating only raw spring rolls.
Overall, it's a store worth trying.
