The decor inside has a strong Japanese style, and the spacing between tables is moderate, providing a pleasant dining distance.
It's worth noting that the largest table can accommodate only four people; if your party is larger, the restaurant will help arrange for nearby tables.
The kitchen has a large glass window, allowing customers to see the cooking process, which is also a nice experience.
【About the Meal】
Fried Beef Village only serves one dish: the fried steak set meal.
The only choice to make is whether to have a small or large portion of beef, which is a relief for those with decision-making difficulties. 😆
Upon serving, the steak is usually cooked to about 1-2 minutes rare.
At the table, there is a hot stone provided by the restaurant, which you need to use to grill the steak until it's well done before eating.
The overall texture of the steak is tender, complemented by a crispy exterior and a rich buttery flavor, particularly delicious with rice.
The set meal includes unlimited white rice, shredded cabbage, and miso soup.
The miso soup tends to be on the salty side.
Condiments served with the set meal include: wasabi, mentaiko sauce, dried bamboo shoots, BBQ sauce, and miso sauce.
Lastly, the dessert, warabi mochi, is a bit too soft and loses its chewiness, which is a pity.
Overall, the dining experience is quite tasty, making it a place to consider returning to.
【About the Service】
When serving the meals, the staff proactively explains how to use the various sauces and reminds that the fried steak only has a crispy outer layer and needs to be cooked through before consumption.
They actively check if customers need anything, and the table service is very quick.
I observed that when clearing tables, the staff does not pick up used tissues by hand but rather uses tongs to directly toss them into the trash, which feels cleaner and more hygienic.
Additionally, during downtime, the chefs also come out to provide service, which is a nice touch.
