Visited on a holiday, the crowd was nonstop.
There’s a line, but it won’t be too long.
It used to be located next to the Mazu Temple.
You can park on the side of the big road nearby.
They only sell one type of charcoal-grilled sausage for $35.
It’s very fragrant and has a nice smoky aroma, the skin is crispy.
The grilled color looks very appetizing and biting into it releases meat juices.
The fat-to-lean ratio is just right; you can taste the fat but it’s not disgusting.
They also serve garlic on the side, which enhances the flavor even more. There’s chili sauce for dipping, but I forgot to dip it in the chili sauce.
Next time I have a chance to pass by the area, I’ll come back to buy it again.
And remember to buy some peanut roll ice cream next to the Mazu Temple (I personally think it’s as good as the two famous shops in Toucheng, pushing).
