In this diverse society, the fusion of Chinese and Western cuisine can satisfy the discerning palate of food lovers. 😆 This Taoyuan version of Dan Dan Burger has emerged! 😁 Pingzhen is the original store, and while it’s all still in Taoyuan, Pingzhen is a bit far for those in North Taoyuan. However, it finally opened a new location in Taoyuan District! 👏 Besides the signature sweet and savory baguette, the menu includes soft and chewy egg pancakes, Taiwanese-style vermicelli, and American burgers that are also must-tries! 😋

Chicken Leg Fried Noodle Set:

When it arrives at the table, it looks incredibly rich, with plenty of lettuce and nuts that fill you with dietary fiber. The fried noodles taste like Indonesian instant noodles, and they are quite good! They are cooked just right and don’t get too mushy, keeping a nice chewiness. It's so satisfying to enjoy fried chicken leg meat in the morning! 🤩 The Chinese marinade combined with sweet potato flour gives it a crispy exterior and tender interior, locking in the chicken juices—one bite and it bursts with flavor! 👍 I really love their fried chicken legs. 😘 The potato salad in the middle is also pretty tasty. 😋 It would be even more perfect if the egg were a soft-boiled one! 😍

Vermicelli with Large Intestine:

This vermicelli has a flavor base of bonito flakes, making it taste more fresh and sweet. Plus, there was an abundance of noodles that day with almost no soup! 😆 The feeling of fullness is great, and the large intestine is well-marinated, with a nice balance of softness and chewiness. 😚 Coupled with the homemade chili and black vinegar from the shop, it truly is exceptional! 😏

Egg Pancake:

The shop's egg pancakes are super chewy, not going for the soft and tender route. Today, we ordered the basil flavor, which added a nice aroma. ☺️ They were slightly crispy on the outside and overall not bad! 👍

Double Layer Beef Cheese Sandwich:

It looks pretty good, and we added a small set that included fries and chicken nuggets, which was quite abundant. 😙 The fries are the Texas style, which is my personal favorite! 😘 Unfortunately, the beef was a bit dry, which was a shame. 😅

To summarize:

Overall, all the dishes were quite good. 👌 However, the staff took longer to prepare the meals, possibly because it’s a new restaurant still in the adjustment phase. The online ordering system also had weak signal issues inside. 😅 Nonetheless, the fusion breakfast place allows everyone to choose their preferences! 👏 It’s located in the Taoyuan Zhonglu redevelopment area, and there are many parking lots nearby! 🅿️ You can park there! 😊
