🎉 Creative Hong Kong-style Noodle Shop 🎉

🎉 Extra generous noodle portions are super satisfying 🎉

This creative Hong Kong-style noodle shop is located next to the blood donation center in Taoyuan. After donating blood, I passed by and decided to stop in for a taste 😚 Later, I found out there's another branch in Zhunan too! 😁

Upon entering, the staff informed us that there was free ice cream available in the front 👍

Ordering method: You can order via your phone or at the counter ☺️ However, for those who want to collect points, you must order at the counter to collect them.

While ordering, I found that they offer three types of chili sauces:
Secret chili oil, spicy fermented black bean soy sauce, and fermented pineapple chili sauce 🙌🏻 Each has its own distinct flavor, and spicy food lovers must try them all when ordering! 😆

Seafood Sauce Char Siu Noodle:

The seafood sauce is made by steaming shellfish in Shaoxing wine, adding Chinese sausage, dried shrimp, and chili, stir-fried together for a fragrant and savory flavor. Those who love strong tastes will definitely enjoy it 🤩. The sous-vide char siu is very tender and different from usual preparations, and combined with a large amount of vegetables and agar, it’s super satisfying 😋. Also, the noodle portions are quite generous, and the shop reminds you that adding more noodles will exceed half a pound, so choose wisely! 😆

Thick Shrimp Soup Noodle:

The thick shrimp soup is made from shrimp heads and vegetables, with sesame paste added to enhance its richness. It’s served with charred purple onion slices, crispy garlic, and shrimp crisps, along with fresh shrimp wontons—very delicious 😋. Today, the noodles were upgraded to egg noodles (alkaline noodles), giving an instant feeling of flying to Hong Kong! 😂

Black and White Cream Silk Stocking Milk Tea:

This tea features the commonly seen black and white cream from Hong Kong tea restaurants, paired with strong black tea. The flavor is quite good ☺️, and they don’t charge extra for adding ice! 😆

Hong Kong-style Pineapple Bun and Ice Cream Egg Tart:

The hot and cold pineapple bun is freshly baked and very tasty, with a crispy crust paired with chilled butter inside, creating a delightful sweet and salty contrast 😋.

I personally didn’t enjoy the ice cream egg tart as much; it's more like a pie crust tart. I prefer Portuguese egg tarts! 😁

To summarize:

Located near the county government, there's a parking lot nearby 🅿️, and there are street-side parking spots, making it very convenient whether you're riding or driving ☺️. If you want to try Hong Kong-style wonton noodles, this place can satisfy your cravings! 😏
