The newly opened all-you-can-eat dry pot specialty store in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung - Kaimala Kaily, is a place that offers various options like dual-flavor hot pots, dry pots, skewers, and stir-fried dishes.
The soup base has three options: clear soup, spicy, and sour spicy, from which you can choose two.
For the dry pot, you can choose two from chicken thighs, pig trotters, intestine, Matsusaka pork, spare ribs, and squid.
In the stir-fried section, you can select one type each from vegetables, seafood, staple foods, and side dishes.
The self-service bar and meat options are unlimited.
The spicy soup base is definitely a must-order, and the spiciness can be adjusted. It has a rich aroma of Sichuan pepper, and dipping the meat slices makes them extraordinarily flavorful; even after finishing, your lips will feel numb—it's really satisfying. It's also quite unique that you can add skewers in the middle of the hot pot.
The dry pot sauce is perfectly balanced, the sweet flavor of the sauce suits the southern taste very well, making it an excellent match for rice and noodles.
The quickly stir-fried vegetables are also great to accompany rice; the vegetables stir-fried with dried shrimp have a wonderful aroma and a touch of sweetness.
Throughout the entire dining experience, there was no dull moment, and the serving speed was very fast. It's perfect for those who love spicy hot pots and have a big appetite—eating meat in large bites is incredibly enjoyable.
