Ramen shop near Dongmen Market
Everyone says it's a pudding shop that's been delayed by ramen(?
Because I wanted to try the pudding to see how good it really is.
I arrived around 16:30 as the first group of customers in line.

Once the ordering machine opened, we could order and then return to the queue.
However, everyone wasn’t really clear about the flow.
When the time came, we entered in sequence.

I realized that if you want to eat pudding, you really need to come early.
Like today, when we ordered, there were less than 10 puddings available.

The interior has a wooden color scheme.
It’s clean, bright, and warm.
There are bar seats as well as two-person tables.
They provide storage baskets.
The food is served quickly.

Friendly for picky eaters.
The noodle firmness can also be adjusted.
The broth looks clear but actually still has some oil in it,
but drinking it isn’t too heavy.
The chashu and meat are a bit dry.
The noodles are of normal firmness, just right.

Special chicken and pork rich broth ramen $320
The broth is rich and flavorful.
It comes with a soft-boiled egg, fish cake, and three kinds of meat.
Very generous portion.

Chashu rice $60
It smells amazing while being grilled.
The bowl is super cute!
The portion and meat quantity are just right.
Chashu and mayonnaise really make a great combo with rice.

Roasted tea caramel pudding $70
Now to the star of the day.
The pudding has a firm texture.
Not too sweet,
with a subtle tea fragrance.
It’s tasty pudding,
but it wouldn’t make me come early to line up just for it.
