It's also a breakfast and lunch shop near my residence, but because the prices in Hawaii are too expensive, I usually eat two meals as one, so this time I came with the concept of brunch. This store also starts to queue up after about 9 o'clock. You have to fill in the form first and wait for the clerk to call your number.
The staff are all Japanese, and the food is a mix of Hawaiian and Japanese. For example, the tuna steak meal I ordered does not use sashimi or poke. Instead, it is pan-fried, and the doneness level is about 7 points. I was originally doubtful whether it would be delicious if processed this way. But surprisingly, the original taste of the meat can be tasted very realistically, and there is a salad on the side, so you don't have to worry about the meat being too big and getting tired of it.
The special champagne with tropical fruits is also delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for its food and service. Just line up early so you won't have to wait long.
