Lili Crispy Pig Hualien store is located at the corner of Minguo Road and Boai Street. There is a small stall in front of the store.
There is the well-known Xinxin Noodle House nearby, and directly opposite is the Hualien branch of Mingxin Bingguo Shop.

What I enjoyed today was a medium portion of pure meat, priced at 200 yuan.

Medium pure meat:
The pork belly skin, which has been roasted for a long time, looks very appetizing, and the crispy sound and meaty aroma in the mouth make people unable to put their forks down.
After all, it is pork belly. If it is a little too greasy, you can pair it with the attached onions. The combined taste and aroma will be quite different.

The store provides plum powder and chili powder. The crispy texture is mixed with a hint of spicy aroma, which is really a perfect match.
But for the sweeter plum powder... I think it's better to dip it in guava.

Overall, this is a good Crispy Pig brand, and the Hualien store is the only eastern store of this brand.
