Ten Cups
Offers a variety of small farm fresh milk to choose from.
The fun of drinking here is that I can choose different types of milk and see how they differ in taste.
Unfortunately, the one next to my house has closed down QAQ.
I have to travel to Taipei to get it.
The menu doesn’t clarify much,
but the staff is very attentive in explaining.
The milk tea is fresh milk tea,
the au lait has fresh cream added,
and the hand-stirred milk tea uses coffee creamer.
Today I tried jasmine milk green tea with Tieguanyin tea jelly, lightly sweetened and lightly iced.
I chose the main En fresh milk.
It has a stronger milk flavor but does not completely overpower the tea aroma.
Overall, it has a rich texture.
The Tieguanyin tea jelly’s tea flavor isn’t very prominent,
feeling a bit ordinary compared to the other drinks.
