It’s time to eat Hong Kong snacks today. Let’s have some snacks.
"Weiji Tea Restaurant" located on Chengdu Road, of Hong Kong cuisine.
Weiji Tea Restaurant does not have gorgeous decorations. It feels like you have walked into a local store for snacks. The space inside the restaurant is not large, but there are still quite a lot of people during off-peak hours.
Beef lo mein 💰170
The Cantonese-style lo mein is chewy and chewy. It is mixed with the chef's special sauce. It has a unique aroma and looks very salty. The beef tastes like it has been coated with a layer of thickening, and it tastes tender and mushy.
Hong Kong style barbecued pork rice 💰190
Bean curd shrimp roll $140
The fillings are quite solid and not too greasy when fried.
Children's Mandarin Duck 💰95 (Horlicks + Ovaltine)
At first, I was just curious about what Horlicks + Ovaltine is. It tastes more malty and has a stronger aroma. In the past, Ovaltine tasted like creamer at home when I drank it in a beverage store. Horlicks is also a kind of malt powder, Hong Kong local memory, super cool.
Thoughts: It tasted pretty good, but when I was eating, I noticed a very tiny hair (one hair each) on my noodles and drinks, which I reported to the store. The store said they would pay attention to it next time, but at the moment I felt I don’t like it. Although I usually feel fine with a hair on my head when eating, the two dishes were a little bit soupy.
If you value food: the noodles are good, and so is the Yuanyang
If you pay attention to the environment: I found a small hair (very small) in each drink and meal, which I think is not very good, but I still finished eating (it is really small and may not be found)
Pay attention to parking: motorcycles can park at the door
Cars can park in the ring (although parking is difficult)
If you pay attention to the toilet: there is one, small
If you pay attention to queuing: There are quite a lot of people in Lifeng, but I am quite fast.
If you value service: ordinary
If you pay attention to CP value: 🌟🌟🌟
(Just talking about food and prices)
