In the breakfast shop near National Chengchi University, there is a crowd lined up at the entrance to place orders, and the staff prepares the food fresh on the spot.
I ordered the bean red (half sugar), and the staff used plain soy milk (unsweetened soy milk) mixed with black tea. It tasted as if it had one part sugar, but the bean flavor was too faint, and the tea flavor was also weak; the wateriness was quite overwhelming, so I do not recommend it.
The double egg pancake was acceptable. I initially thought it would be a thick double egg pancake, but it turned out to be one pancake with a fried egg on top.
The vegetable bun used cabbage, which was soft enough. It was seasoned with black pepper, but the filling was a bit sparse, and the bun's skin was overly thick.
On the wall of the kitchen inside this shop, there was a special notice saying "No Photography," so I decided not to take any pictures.
