The food was okay, but the wait for a table was really bad.
In terms of price, the overall cost of the food is high, and it is a really filling brunch, but the waiting time will really burn up all the cost!
It is strongly recommended that if you want to eat at this restaurant, you should arrive early after making a reservation, and it is best to be really free later! My lunch and dinner schedule was completely disrupted by this meal!

Today’s story goes something like this:
I arrived at this restaurant around 12:30. I thought, "A brunch restaurant, this time of year should be a little bit crowded, right?" When I arrived, I saw the clerk told me to wait for a table, and the registration book was spread out in front of me. Guests are asked to write it themselves, and other people’s phone calls can see it. I saw that there was only one group of customers in front of me, and I thought, "Is it OK to wait for one group?" I wrote a register, took the menu, and waited outside.
I flipped through the menu 5 or 6 times outside, but it still wasn’t my turn. First, a group of 2 people came in, and then another group of 2 people came in (I was very confused as to why), and the clerk said "They made the reservation first," I was secretly dumbfounded. "So these two people made reservations and waited outside for more than half an hour?!"
When I finally got in, it was already an hour later😡 (it was already 13:30). The most unpleasant thing was: I waited for an hour for a table, and the couple next to me only waited for about five minutes before they got in. Shall I sit down first? Then the waiter gave them menus and arranged the table first, and I had to stand aside and wait for her to finish wiping before it was my turn to sit down!
Because I had already flipped through the menu many times, I ordered my meal in less than 5 minutes (they scanned the QR code online to order, but the clerk repeatedly warned me, "You can't pay online, you can only pay on site, and you can do it yourself") Go to the counter to check out." I was quite dumbfounded. Are you worried about others making money when using other people's systems?)
I was almost starving, so in addition to the set meal, I also ordered an extra egg pancake. It was as expected. The waiter quickly brought me pumpkin soup, and then there was another long wait.
I finished my order at 13:36. Except for the pumpkin soup, the main meals were not served until about 14:20. The clerk did say when checking out, "There are many orders on site, so it won't be that fast!", but it was a long wait for a meal. I thought it was quite weird after waiting for 40 minutes... (let alone the fact that the egg pancakes came after 15:00)

Anyway, for this meal, I started waiting for a table at 12:30, and by the time I left, it was already 15:30. The food was delicious, but the whole process and service still have a lot of room for improvement. I strongly recommend it to people who don’t have time and energy. Don't come here hungry waiting for your meal!

Keto Chicken Leg Steak $230 There are really a lot of vegetables. Half the plate is full of vegetables, counting about 8 kinds of fruits and vegetables. It's very special to put fried fish in brunch, but it doesn't have a particularly impressive taste, it's just ordinary fried fish wrapped in skin. The skin of the chicken thigh steak tasted like something fried and was a bit dry overall. The egg roll is quite a surprise, there is stringy cheese inside.

Pumpkin soup $60 (included with set meal) It is so thick that it is almost the same as baby food, so you can drink it. When making it, you should even throw in the pumpkin seeds and pumpkin peel.

As for the omelet, except for the stringiness of the cheese, the egg itself has no flavor.

The fried fish has a hard fried skin, which makes it feel quite thick.

The top layer of chicken thigh steak looks like fried. But the lower layer is like a general fried chicken leg. The oily part is easier to eat, and the meat part is a bit dry.

This egg roll is longer than a fork... Hash Brown Cheese Omelette $95 This is an additional order.

The skin is a bit like a powdered egg pancake, so I felt full after eating a few. I think the thick crust overwhelms the flavor of the hash browns and cheese, and there is a very small amount of sauce inside. Overall, I don't like the egg pancake that much, and it would be better on a brunch plate.

In-store space. The store is not big, with about 2 large tables and 4 small tables. There seem to be only 3 people in the store. It seems that there are some seats at the bar, but it is "not open at all". There are also some corners in the store with chairs like It is for decoration. There is really no reason for waiting for a long time...

The buffet area also makes me confused. Is this challenging everyone's height? (This is the perspective of 165) There are condiments on the top, water cups on the bottom (the white box on the right is actually lemonade...), and the bottom layer...is a packing bag, it seems to have its own paper bag, but I think this arrangement is very poor.
