Let’s talk about Longtail - I can only say that 99% of the restaurants in my alley are the best, because Longtail is really right in my alley 🤣 He ate there once a few years ago when he first won the Michelin star, but it was really too long ago and he didn’t have much impression. I decided to have a meal here on this anniversary.

To order a meal, you need to pay a deposit of 1,000 yuan per person in advance, which is divided into two turns. We made an appointment for the first turn at 6:30, and the dining time was limited to two hours (I personally felt that such a high-end restaurant had a limit on dining time...). But probably because it was a weekday, we were not kicked out and drank all the way until the place closed.

The interior decoration atmosphere is very good. We were sitting at the bar. The waiter was very professional in introducing bartending. Basically, he can recommend suitable wines based on your preferences. It should be noted that if you sit in the general position, you can only order the set menu for meals, and you can order a la carte at the bar. Considering that we all have small stomachs, a la carte is more suitable for us.

Overall, it is a restaurant worthy of one star. The food is of high quality and the wine is great. Well worth a visit👍

When I first ordered the red sugar sashimi, I didn’t have much imagination. I thought sashimi was just like that. When the food was served, it was visually stunning, and when I ate it, I was full of praise. The sashimi goes perfectly with beetroot, green onions and kumquats!
My other half loves fig toast, but I personally think it’s okay. Maybe it’s because it’s too starchy and I don’t really love figs. I heard that it is a very classic dish and the quality is also very good. It just depends on your personal taste.
10/10 chicken steak. I want to say that a chicken steak costs $880. What is so magical about it? After eating it, I really feel that it is one of the best chicken steaks. It’s hard to imagine how the same piece of chicken drumstick could taste so different. The batter is very crispy, fried just right and doesn't have the usual fried chicken smell of oil consumption. The sweet potato puree underneath was also very tasty and the two went well together. A must-try recommendation!
Filet Mignon $1680 Well, it’s just a delicious grilled filet. Maybe I’ve eaten too much steak and think it’s delicious, but I can’t say it’s special.
