The place is called "Iroi," located between Higobashi Station and Honmachi Station on the Osaka Metro🚃
The atmosphere from the exterior was nice, and the interior was beautiful with a stylish U-shaped counter✨

The sauce was slightly sweet with good flavor, and the truffle salt had a strong truffle essence
Both partners worked well together and were delicious🧂

Sakura Shrimp & Asparagus Spring Rolls 🦐
I dipped them in mineral-rich sweet pink Andes rock salt🧂
The skin was crispy, full of sakura shrimp, light, and flavorful🦐
The asparagus was sweet and crunchy, making it delicious✨

This is the restaurant's original Spring Waiting Tea, a blend of 5:5 Gyokuro stems and Uji tea🍵
They brewed it for me right in front of my eyes🍵
It had a vibrant green color, no bitterness, full of umami, and a refreshing aftertaste that was delightful🍵
Every dish was delicious, and the staff's service was excellent; I definitely want to visit this restaurant again🥰
