I went to a delicious restaurant in Sannomiya with a beautiful night view 🌃
It's located on the 6th floor of a building in front of Sannomiya Station 🏙️. There are private rooms and a paradise area, where there is a large tree in the center, making it spacious, and a big frog was the highlight 🌳🐸.
There are table and counter seats, and you can see the night view from the counter seats 🌃.
For drinks, I had:
Non-alcoholic Cassis Orange 🍊
Premium Malts Beer 🍺
Sudachi Sour ✨
The Sudachi Sour was refreshing and delicious ✨.
For food, I enjoyed:
Avocado Salmon Salad 🥑🥗
It had plenty of vegetables along with salmon 🐟 and avocado 🥑, and the light dressing matched perfectly, making it really tasty ✨. The salmon and avocado were rich and delicious 🐟🥑.
Uni Avocado Parfait ✨
It was lavish with a lot of avocado topped with uni. The avocado was rich and flavorful on its own, which got even better when combined with the uni, making it incredibly delicious 🥰. It was the perfect dish for uni lovers ✨.
Tartar Sauce Fried Shrimp 🍤🥚
The large fried shrimp were soaked in plenty of tartar sauce 🦐. The fried shrimp were crispy and paired well with the rich tartar sauce, making it delicious 🦐.
Beef Tataki 🐮
Served with spinach and grated radish, along with wasabi 🔥. The meat was cut into easy-to-eat sizes, tender, and paired well with the sauce 🐮.
Seafood Yukke 🐟
The seafood was diced and mixed with egg yolk and a sauce 🐟🥚. When I broke the egg yolk and mixed it, the combination with the sauce was rich and tasty 🐟.
Meat & Fish Temari Sushi 🍣🐟
It included:
Sea bream,
Yellowtail,
Salmon,
Beef + salmon roe, uni.
It was bite-sized and disappeared quickly 🍣. The fish was delicious, and the meat, salmon roe, and uni were all tasty too 🐮.
Tiramisu ✨
It was cut bigger, had ice cream in it, and had a nice bitterness, making it really delicious ☕️.
Cheese Balls 🧀
They were hot, and the cheese inside was melted 🧀. They were sweet and savory, making them tasty 🧀.
Everything was delicious, and I was satisfied ✨.
The age range of customers was wide, and I thought it was a place where various people could enjoy themselves ☺️.
