On the way to dinner, I was attracted by the tall milk tea shop at the entrance of the ranch. Then I noticed that it operates 24/7, which is really rare and impressive. I thought I definitely had to come by after dinner to support it 🙂.

The shop is near Erling Market, and it might have just opened not long ago, so Google hasn’t marked it yet. It should have a location soon.

There are quite a lot of drink options, including pure tea, milk tea, fruit tea, Dou Dou, and honey varieties, making it tough to choose! (In the end, I ordered something completely unrelated to milk…). I noticed that the staff were quick and agile while making drinks, and they kept the counter clean and tidy, immediately putting away the used items in the refrigerator. I really love those little details - ̗̀( ˶'ᵕ'˶)

✐ Sugarcane Lemon (XL) $65
I ordered it with less sugar and less ice in a fat cup, and it's quite substantial. But sugarcane itself is already sweet, so I might try ordering it unsweetened next time. Additionally, the lemon flavor wasn’t overwhelmed; it had a nice lemon pulp texture, which was quite good!
